All First Stamps keepsakes are custom-made and personalized for each order. Because of their custom nature, we do not accept returns once an order is placed.

Exchanges for Personalization Errors

If your keepsake contains a personalization error caused by us (for example, a misspelled name or incorrect date), we will send a corrected replacement at no additional cost.

To request an exchange, please:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receipt

  2. Include your order number

  3. Provide a clear photo showing the personalization error

  4. Confirm that the error differs from the details you submitted at checkout

Please review your personalization carefully before placing your order. While we understand this policy may be inconvenient, it allows us to continue offering high-quality, custom keepsakes made with care.
