At First Stamps, each of our baby footprint keepsakes are custom-made specifically for you, featuring personalized details. Because of the custom nature of these items, we do not accept returns once an order is placed.
Exchanges for Personalization Errors
If there’s a mistake in the personalization (like a misspelled name or incorrect date) due to an error on our part, we’ll happily send you a corrected replacement at no extra cost.
To request an exchange:
Contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
The error must differ from what you submitted at checkout
Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order.
