Your baby’s scans (“Stamps”) and personal details are private and deserve the best protection. We use HIPAA-compliant measures to store and protect this data while providing you with a seamless way to customize digital keepsakes.

By checking the box, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Secure Platform Storage: You authorize First Stamps to securely store your Stamps and your child’s information (including name, birth date, length and weight). This allows you to seamlessly manage and customize your keepsakes.
• Controlled Sharing: You may use our platform to grant access to your Stamps to "Permitted Users" (such as family and friends). You acknowledge that you are responsible for managing these invitations and that First Stamps is not liable for how these invited individuals use or share the information once access is granted.
• Third-Party Fulfillment: If you purchase a keepsake or other item from our platform, you authorize us to share the minimum necessary information with our trusted partners to fulfill the order.
• Email Communication: You consent to receive emails regarding account updates and downloading your free digital keepsake and for news and special offers on premium keepsakes, holiday specials and other baby product discounts.
• Withdrawal of Consent: You may revoke this consent or request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@yourfirststamps.com. Please note that previously fulfilled vendor orders and account notifications already sent cannot be recalled.
